The fastest way to get support from the OWL Computing team is to send an email to support@owlcomputing.com. This will create a ticket in our support system.

Ticket Details

Include as much detail as possible in your email:

  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Your current operating system and web browser (if applicable)
  • Screenshots (if applicable)
  • Your name
  • Your contact information


Ticket Status

You will receive a confirmation email when the ticket is created. This email will contain a link to view the ticket details and status. You will also get notified whenever progress is made on your ticket.
